앱 내 삭제
가장 빠른 방법은 앱에서 직접 삭제하는 것입니다.
- MyWork 앱 실행 → 로그인
- 프로필 메뉴 → 설정 → 계정 삭제
- 확인 후 즉시 계정과 관련 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
이메일을 통한 삭제 요청
앱에 접속할 수 없거나 다른 이유로 이메일 요청이 필요한 경우 아래 주소로 연락해 주세요.
- 수신 이메일: hysp.shin@gmail.com
- 제목: [MyWork] 계정 삭제 요청
- 본문에 포함할 내용:
- 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소
- 가입 방식 (Google / Apple)
- 삭제 요청 사유 (선택)
요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 처리 완료 시 확인 메일을 보내드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진)
- 면접 준비 여정(Journey) 및 관련 분석 데이터
- 업로드한 이력서 및 자기소개서 파일
- 퀴즈 응시 기록 및 대본 학습 기록
- 체크리스트, 열정 점수, 배지
- 기기 식별자 및 푸시 알림 토큰
법령에 따라 보존되는 데이터
아래 데이터는 관련 법령에 따라 삭제되지 않고 명시된 기간 동안 보존된 후 파기됩니다.
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제6조)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제6조)
- 표시/광고에 관한 기록: 6개월 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제6조)
- 전자금융거래 기록: 5년 (전자금융거래법 제22조)
해당 기간 동안 보존되는 정보는 별도의 저장소에 분리 보관되며 지정된 목적 외로 이용되지 않습니다.
구독 해지
유료 구독을 이용 중인 경우 계정 삭제 전에 구독 해지를 먼저 진행해 주세요.
- Apple App Store: 기기 설정 → Apple ID → 구독에서 해지
- Google Play: Play 스토어 → 메뉴 → 구독에서 해지
- 토스페이먼츠(웹 결제): 앱 내 구독 관리에서 해지
In-App Deletion
The fastest way is to delete your account directly from within the app.
- Open MyWork app → Sign in
- Profile menu → Settings → Delete Account
- Your account and related data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request via email, please contact us.

- Subject: [MyWork] Account Deletion Request
- Include in the body:
- Email address used for sign-up
- Sign-up method (Google / Apple)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Requests are processed within 7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (email, name, profile picture)
- Interview preparation journeys and analysis data
- Uploaded resumes and cover letter files
- Quiz history and script study history
- Checklists, passion scores, and badges
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
Data Retained by Law
The following data will not be deleted and will be retained for the periods specified by applicable law before being destroyed.
- Records of payments and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 6)
- Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act, Article 6)
- Records of display/advertising: 6 months (same Act, Article 6)
- Electronic financial transaction records: 5 years (Electronic Financial Transactions Act, Article 22)
Retained data is stored separately and used only for the designated legal purposes.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel the subscription first before requesting account deletion.
